I wonder if Erin borrowed Joe's hat, lol! Actually, other than the white face and sunken eye makeup, Steven looks pretty "normal".

I wonder if this was at Paris Hilton's Halloween party? There was some mention of Steven being at that event...

Perrylicious - I would say it's safe to assume it was the Hilton thang... Steven looking relatively "normal" would explain why the blogger didn't mention him being in costume.
