Steven Tyler: Dude Looks Like a Rehab

Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, 60, has checked himself into Las Encinas Hospital drug rehabilitation clinic -- the place Dr. Drew practices -- in Pasadena, Calif.
It's the same facility where the reality show "Celebrity Rehab" was filmed. Tyler is getting treatment for substance abuse.
Tyler's reps had no comment.

I predict this post will be the most talked about and viewed post in AF1 history...
I am not at liberty to say anything more than this info is indeed correct.
It's something that has been going on, and Tyler has taken the steps to clean himself up. Everyone is going to speculate about the actual issue, timeframes, etc....but all I will say at this moment is RIGHT NOW...his recovery is most important.
Just goes to show we all have our weaknesses, and sometimes it does not take much to trip us back into the throws of addiction. _________________ Of course, this is all just one man's opinion...

Ditto that thought! He is, after all, a human being that has gone through a lot these past few months with his surgery, etc. Before the critics in the tabloids swoop in and dig their dirt, look at this first report.....he checked himself in, so he is seeking the help he tries to give everyone else. I do not fault him for stumbling, if this report is true. I stand and applaud him for getting help. Substance abuse is one of the hardest things in the world to live with every day. The best you can hope for is to keep on the "recovering" list. "There but for the grace of God go I" my Mom says. I don't judge, I just pray that if this is true, he finds strength in our love of him, and realizes again how wonderful life is when you can truly see.
