He kind of implied that in a way, but I think he was grabbing at straws.........saying they (doctors) are still doing tests to see how extensive the injuries are, and how if they tied him up like a mummy he may be able to do it, but again, IMO it was him just hoping somehow they could continue without Steven injuring himself further. _________________ ............
